Payment Policy

Booking and Payment:
When you book a tour package with Marshalastours, a 50% deposit of the full payment is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid before your arrival in Sri Lanka.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• a. In the event that you need to cancel your tour booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
• b. If the cancellation is made before the tour start date, we will provide a refund as follows:
  • Up to 30 days prior to the tour start date: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days prior to the tour start date: No refund will be provided.
• c. If you cancel the tour after arriving in Sri Lanka, no refund will be provided.
  Refund Process:
  • a. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • b. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for booking.
